How long will it take for my order to ship?
Here at Created Bracelets we hand make each and every piece of jewelry in our studio. Once we receive your order it will ship within 7 to 10 business days.
How will my order ship?
All orders ship USPS. You will receive an email with tracking once your order is on its way to you.
Do you offer faster shipping?
We can upgrade the shipping for an extra fee. This means that once your order is finished (within the 10 allotted business days) we will ship it priority to you. Message us for more info.
How do I know what size to order?
Click here for instructions on how to properly measure your wrist. We recommend using a soft seamstress style tape measure. Once you have measured, do not add or subtract from your wrist measurement. With cuff style bracelets your actual wrist measurement will naturally allow for some movement. Please note that all link style bracelets are created with an extender chain that will fit wrist sizes of a 6 to 7.5. Larger and smaller sizes can be accommodated by special request. If you are having trouble determining your size please message us, as resizing fees apply and not all pieces can be resized.
Do you offer repairs and resizing?
We do offer repairs and resizing on pieces that are able to be repaired or resized. Please note that we cannot size a bracelet to make it larger. If your piece needs resized or repaired please message us first to see if this is possible.
How do I best clean my pieces? Can I wear my pieces all the time?
We use only the finest 14k / 20 gold filled and .925 sterling silver in all of our pieces. You will receive an instructions card with your jewelry that has complete care instructions. It is just fine to wear your gold and silver pieces every day and showering and working out in them is perfectly fine. In fact, keeping a small baby toothbrush and some Dawn dish liquid in the shower to lightly scrub your pieces will remove any dirt, oil, or makeup and help to keep them shiny. We do recommend taking extra care around harsh chemicals such as hand sanitizers and harsh chlorine. This is true of all fine jewelry.

How do I properly store my pieces when I’m not wearing them?
When you are not wearing your pieces we suggest that you store them in the white keepsake pouch they arrived in. You can also store them in a ziplock baggy.

Is there any average wrist size for a cuff bracelet?
For women the average size is a 6.5 and for men it is a 7.25. However, we realize that you are unique and the “one size fits all approach” won’t insure for a comfortable fit. We know that when your jewelry fits you properly you will truly enjoy wearing it daily. Please reach out if you need help determining your size. If you are buying a gift we can often times help you determine that size as well.
Can I have something longer engraved on my piece?
Yes and no. It depends on the piece and what you are wanting engraved. Please note there is an extra fee for longer and double engravings due to the extra labor involved. Please reach out if this is something you are interested in?
How are you related to Faithful Platform?

Created is now officially under the Faithful Platform umbrella, joining its family of brands. But don’t worry—Created is still Created. While nothing changes about our mission—meaningful jewelry and prayerful design—we're excited to have more support and a team to help bring my ideas to life and reach more people with our hand-crafted pieces.

Do you have a store front?
While we don’t have a traditional retail storefront, we’re a family-owned, online boutique proudly based in Lexington, Kentucky. Our headquarters are located at Faithful Platform: 851 Corporate Drive, Suite 200, Lexington, KY 40503.

Each order is hand-crafted with care and takes about 7–10 days to complete. If you're local, you're welcome to select free local pickup at checkout. We also regularly participate in Lexington-area pop-up events where you can see our pieces in person, get measured, and shop exclusive one-of-a-kind items. What is your return policy?
It depends on the piece you order. You can view our entire return policy here. Please note that all orders of three or more pieces are non-refundable.
I’ve never had a cuff style bracelet before. How do I put it on properly?
Each and every Created piece arrives with a card that includes detailed instructions on how to properly take on and off your cuff style bracelet. Please read this carefully. Help, I need a gift quickly! Do you offer rush services?
If you are in a rush please reach out to us to see what we may have available in our inventory. We will do our best to work with you (please note that rush fees will apply). Another way to insure that you get something quickly is to order a gift card.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Each and every Created order will arrive in one of our beautiful white keepsake pouches along with a care / instruction card and polishing cloth. Please note that on all orders containing more than one piece of jewelry we will package your pieces together in one box unless you indicate that you need separate boxes.
I’m getting married and want to learn more about your wedding packages. How do I get more information?
First, congratulations on your upcoming wedding. We would be honored and blessed to have you as a Created Bride and help you choose the perfect pieces for your bridal party. We suggest that you fill out our Wedding Inquiry Form and we will respond shortly with more details.

How do I determine my ring size?
You can order a small ring sizer online to help with this. Most local jewelry stores will also help you determine your ring size as a free service.
What are my pieces made from?
We use only the finest 14/20k gold filled and .925 sterling silver precious metals. We want your pieces to last a lifetime and our hope is that you will one day pass them down. With the proper care your pieces will remain as shiny and beautiful as the day you received them.
