Return Policy

 

We happily except returns within 14 days of receipt.  All pieces must be unworn, in brand new condition, and in the original packaging. All engraved, personalized pieces, and pieces returned do to mismeasurement will incur a fee of $55 per piece. All bridal packages and orders of three or more pieces are final sale. 

 

Please note, that each and every Created piece arrives with care instructions, and instructions on how to properly take on and off your cuff bracelet.  Please make sure to review "how to measure your wrist for your bracelet" on our "Helpful" page under the "Instructions" section. Failure to follow these instructions can result in damage to your pieces.
